Educational Training Packages

Early Childhood Education Center Consultation:

• Phone Consultation. 

• Provide Client Intake Questionnaire, completed online.

• Program Needs Assessment.

Start Up Package:

• Introductory Consultation

• Review of existing documentation and procedures

• Resource identification

  • Based on needs assessment, identify specific, targeted start-up information, including Lesson Plans, Menu Preparation, CACFP, and Software.

• Explanation and review of start-up information

Budget Consultation:

• Review Program budget and recommend modifications, as appropriate

Strategic Planning for Existing Facility:

• Work with established Center Director to develop a specific plan to improve Childcare Center

Establish Center Environment & Design (existing space only)

• Home-based: Up to 2 rooms

• Small Center: 3 – 4 rooms

• Medium Center: 5-7 rooms

• Large Center: 8 -9 rooms

Educational Products

Educational start-up resources, including tools provided in your plan, are given to you on a four-week basis. Any additional tools you need after four weeks will be offered a la carte and can be selected below.

 Customized Toolbox of Materials:

• Parent Handbook.

• Employee Handbook.

  • One (1) revision within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • Fee for client-initiated updates/revisions ($100 per update.)

• Lesson Plans (2 age groups, (4) five-day weeks)

• Enrollment Packets (set of 2)

• Menu Planning (Breakfast/Lunch/Snack, (4) five-day weeks) includes one cooking project and healthy diet tip cards

• Employee Job Descriptions (set of 3)

Individual, customized items:
